Tom Croxton has been Circle Audi and Circle Porsche's General Manager for over 7 years. He has over 25 years of experience as a General Manager or Dealer Principle, and his business philosophy is to build a dedicated group of employees with a strong focus on customer delight. This is evidenced everyday by the hard-working and passionate individuals who work for Circle Porsche. Before he began his automotive career, Tom graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. Tom is married with a son, who is an accomplished 4-year Varsity wrestler at his high school in Newport Beach, CA. When not busy running things at Circle Audi and Circle Porsche, Tom is an avid bicyclist and enjoys golf, skiing, and family time. Raphael Borenstein has been with Circle Porsche for 5 years and has a varied automotive industry background including experience in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and financing. His commitment to product knowledge and easy going nature equates to many referrals and repeat customers. When it comes to a favorite Porsche vehicle, Raphael's purist sensibilities kick in, "As long as it has 3 pedals on the floor." During his free time you can find him at any of the local ice hockey rinks either playing or coaching the sport he loves. Matt Tompkins has been our Pre-owned Sales Manager for over 5 years and also manages the Pre-owned Department for our sister store, Circle Audi. He's always had an entrepreneurial spirit, evidenced by a self-built business started in 2001 and sold in 2007. After selling his business, he ventured into the automotive world, managing the wholesale vehicles at a local Ferrari dealership. With this background, he has been able to build a nationwide network to source the best of best pre-owned cars, an advantage our competitors find hard to beat. Matt is a self-proclaimed car guy who, as a kid, travelled the country with his dad, entering their '64 Dodge Dart GT Convertible in car shows, which is still in the family today. To this day, he chooses the 911 Targa as his favorite Porsche because of its rarity and appreciation in the Porsche world. Now, when he's not busy appraising trade-ins and managing our Pre-owned inventory, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
Steve Chew is one of our most seasoned veterans here at Circle Audi. He has been an important part of the team since we were Circle Imports, over 15 years. Steve has spent his entire career with the Porsche and Audi brands, so his product knowledge goes back over four decades of model lines. Before working with Porsche and Audi, he worked with his father at the family service station in 1965. Steve actually owns a 1962 Porsche 356B (T5) sunroof coupe that he still works on during his free time. When not managing our Circle Audi and Circle Porsche Parts Departments, he enjoys reading, fishing, and traveling with his wife of over 40 years. Steve's extensive product knowledge and experience makes him the perfect choice when looking for answers to all of your parts and accessories questions.
Marlon came to Circle Porsche just over 2 years ago with more than 15 years of experience doing what he loves most, working with great cars and great people. He's not just a Porsche fan, but Marlon appreciates all European cars and follows circuit racing and rallying, especially the Volkswagen Racing Cup. He also works on his own cars, upgrading and tuning them, so he knows a thing or two about getting the best performance out of your Porsche with Genuine Porsche Parts and Tequipment items. As our Porsche Certified Service Manager, Steve Uribe is your best bet when it comes to addressing your Porsche service and maintenance needs. He has been in the automotive industry for over 26 years and a member of the Circle Porsche Service Team for over 4 years. He has worked with numerous other brands, most notably Audi and Mercedes-Benz. He can definitely tell you why a Porsche is the way to go in Southern California. He has held many different roles over the course of his career, including Service Technician, Service Advisor, Service Director and Service Manager. Needless to say, Steve knows the ins and outs of the Service Department. When he's not busy managing the Circle Porsche Service Department, he enjoys traveling, scuba diving, firearms training, jet skiing, snow skiing, spending time with family and friends, and driving his Porsche Cayman. Alberto has been with Circle Porsche for over 10 years and has almost 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. As one of our Porsche Service Brand Ambassador, Alberto is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of all the Porsche models that come through our Service Department. He is also an ASE Certified Service Advisor, so it's easy to say that he is very capable of assisting you and your Porsche. Before joining the Porsche brand, Alberto was a Service Advisor at a Mitsubishi dealer and earned a Guild Award during that time. When he's not resolving our customers' service concerns, Alberto enjoys watching basketball and soccer, and takes advantage of his free time by playing volleyball. Alberto has a sincere passion for the Porsche brand and is looking forward to meeting you and your Porsche.
Eddy is a recent addition to the Circle Porsche Service Team, but he joins us with over 30 years of automotive industry experience under his belt. He previously worked at Mercedes Benz dealerships and spent 15 gaining valuable skills as a Detail Supervisor, Driveway Service Supervisor, and Master Service Advisor. Eddy also has experience with other manufacturers, such as Toyota and Audi, and owned and operated his own automotive repair facility in the past. Eddy was born in East Africa and speaks 7 different languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Armenian, Amharic, and Oromo. When he's away from the office, you'll find Eddy enjoying soccer, gardening, traveling, and shooting sporting clays.
Teresa Saavedra has worked in the automotive industry for nearly 30 years and has been a part of the Circle Porsche team for 3 years. She has held almost every position in a service department including cashier, receptionist, service associate, service advisor, assistant service manager, administration manager, business development center administrator, guest relations, and warranty administrator. She also gained extensive experience from working at a body shop for many years in various capacities. Assisting our Service Department is definitely Teresa's expertise due to her career background. Albert Felix is one of our amazing Certified Brand Ambassadors and has been with Circle Porsche since 2011. Albert joined the automotive business when he was just 20 years old and has worked with other big European manufacturers, such as Volkswagen, Audi, and BMW. He's also a recent graduate from USC and a newly appointed CPA. It wasn't an easy accomplishment while still working full-time! When he's not busy crunching out the numbers for his customers here at Circle Porsche and earning college degrees, Albert enjoys hanging out with his wife and two kids, especially during the kids' numerous extracurricular activities. He also loves visiting Big Bear during snow season. Michelle Larsson is celebrating 25 years with the Circle Automotive Group! Her first new car purchase, a 1985 Volkswagen Cabriolet Wolfsburg Edition, lead to a career selling Volkswagen cars in 1985. This experience allowed her to easily move into selling Audi and Porsche cars; in fact, Burt Ohlander was her Porsche Mentor in 1989. As an owner of a 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 herself, she has been a member of the Porsche Club of America (PCA) for the last 7 years. Michelle represents the PCA's Orange Coast Region and enjoys driving her 911 on and off the track. She has been a Sunset Beach resident for over 30 years and enjoys boating, kayaking, and swimming during her free time. As 1 of 6 siblings, Michelle's mom, siblings, nieces, and nephews are very important parts of her life. The love for her family might be the only thing that eclipses her passion and enthusiasm for the Porsche brand. David Nidess is our true Long Beach native. He's been working on his tan here in Long Beach for almost 25 years. David is one of our Certified Brand Ambassadors and has been selling Porsche cars since 1994. He has been part of the Circle Porsche Sales Team since September of 2012. He prides himself on being a Long Beach resident and loves meeting new people from all over this beautiful city, especially fellow Porsche fanatics. As a big Porsche fan himself, David considers his favorite Porsche to still be a 993 Turbo S. He's stuck true to the Porsche brand over the years and believes that Porsche continually changes the standard of all other sports cars, sedans, and SUVs.
