I could have bought my 911 Turbo in South Florida where I live (there's three Porsche dealerships within 1 hour's drive of my home)...but, I flew to California to buy my car...and I would do it again in a heartbeat, to do business with this dealership. Raphael Borenstein at Circle Porsche was my sales professional...he is the guy to work with...he is a real car enthusiast and understands the mind of high-end car afficionados. I also met Nick Fairchild, Finance Manager; Eric Ernst, General Sales Manager; and Mike Harrison...all great guys. The price for the vehicle was very fair, and every detail was attended to by this team...from picking me up at the airport, to providing me with a new Panamera to drive around Long Beack after the transaction was done (free of charge), to driving me back to the airport for my flight home. Call Raphael if you want a Porsche purchasing experience that will exceed your expectations...and by the way, this is not my first Porsche purchase from an authorized dealer...I bought a Carrera S from a HUGE dealer in Pompano Beach, Florida (which shall remain nameless), the whole affair was a "train wreck". All I can say is that Raphael and the Porsche sales team at Circle wrote the book on customer service and satisfaction. Recent experience at Circle Porsche was grand. A well establlished dealership with highly professional sales and administrative staffing, it was a happy adventure to come and take a car home. The experience was such that I felt at ease and at no time pressured to purchase ASAP.
